Buying a home doesn’t
have to be a mystery

Circa 2015. Ganesh Motirale, having spent more than a decade and a half in various capacities of the realty industry, wanted to deepen his partnership with stakeholders in the fraternity.

He took the plunge and started Reap Ventures, a one-point meeting possibility for those on the look-out for investments and for the ones who looked to make investments, for those who aimed to sell property, for them who were searching to buy the right property, for the ones who built, and for those who bought. His experience stood him in good stead.

Soon enough, he was joined by Kapil Idnani, an ex-colleague, who was as passionate and involved in each aspect of the realty business. Together, they made a formidable team. Strategically incisive, practically inclined, and thoroughly single-minded about service.The business grew. So did a few people who joined them. They started, small in size, but never in aspiration or execution. Professionalism has been their core and integrity, their calling card. More than once, they are willing to change their minds, to suit the client’s demands, while guiding them through the maze of offerings available in the market.

Ganesh Motirale

Ganesh Motirale Twenty-plus years experience has several advantages. Not the least a learning curve which has encompassed a whole range of clients, situations, markets and experiences. Ganesh has the added benefit of working with professionals whose demands have been varied in scope and size, in budgets and detailing, and in local and national conditions.

An MBA from Mumbai University, his Engineering degree and management skills, honed further at consulting firms of repute like Knight Frank, ICICI Home Finance among others, where he worked with highly qualified professionals in his team, and led them from the front has made an impression on his outlook in both, a sense of scale and the understanding of details.

He has handled requirements for clients such as: Godrej Lifespaces, Cinemax, Shoppers Stop, Aditya Birla Retail, Reliance Retail, Magnet. Having also dealt with HNI clients on an individual level, he has touched the lives of more than 100 + Residential and Commercial clients.

Kapil Idnani

A compulsive peoples’ person, witty and fun-loving, Kapil Idnani likes to think of business as a passion. A Partner in Reap, he has earlier been a senior resource and led teams in many reputed organisations. His work experience includes stints at consulting firms like Indiaproperties Ltd., Knight Frank, Shree Tirupati Group and a host of other names. His last role was heading Knight Frank India’s Residential and Land Division.

He has formed and headed teams for corporate leasing across Mumbai for MNCs like Deutsche bank, Barclays bank, Colgate India, Phillips, Bayer Cropscience besides being instrumental in brokering deals of massive sizes for clients across Western India. He is an avid Marathoner, and a fitness expert.
